The Spanish Flu and the H1N1 Virus
I have (and many others I have talked to) been assaulted with the following symptoms:
a mild cold, about 2 months of chronic congestion, followed by what feels like full blown flu (right now).
According to the CDC, this is affecting 31 states in the US, where the flu "started late in the season".
10% of the children in my city are out sick from the flu.
The main viral strain affecting US citizens, according to the CDC's podcast
is the Influenza A subtype H1N1.
According to the podcast, there have been 22 pediatric deaths nationwide from this outbreak.
Spanish Flu was a form of H1N1.
I have tried everything:
Elderberry (highly anti-viral)
Japanese Honeysuckle (Jin Yin Hua ) - it's the main ingredient in "Airborne"
Zinc and C
Conventional OTC meds
and others too numerous to mention.
Best results so far are from the vitamin D and NCA.
I've still got it.
Usually I can stave off a cold or flu with Number 1 and Number 2 on the list. This, however, is pretty nasty and is not going down easily.
