Troops Don't Buy Bush's Bull
Bush has repeatedly argued that a premature withdrawal from Iraq would dishonour the US troops who have died in Iraq. But a rare opinion poll of US military personnel in Iraq released on Tuesday suggested that only a quarter of US troops agreed with their commander-in-chief.Now THAT'S a mandate - to shut the hell up and get the hell out.
I give it until the end of 2006. If he doesn't pull out of Iraq, he'll be thrown out of office.

In a related story, more brazen admissions by George:
Mr Bush acknowledged that Osama bin Laden helped his re-election campaign in 2004 when he released a video message to the American people just days before the polls. And, in case anyone cares:
Mr Bush said: "I thought it would help remind people that if bin Laden doesn't want Bush to be the president, something must be right with Bush."
The standing of vice-president Dick Cheney fell to 18 per cent.Maybe he should have shot himself.
5 Comments:
It's hard to withdraw when the number of battle ready Iraqi battalions has gone from 3, to 1, to none. Can I use the term Quagmire yet? please.
18 percent of nothing is nothing in my book, kick the bastards out!
What bush forgets is that these soldiers are some of the smartest in history. These are not draftees, these are professional soldiers and professionals who are part-time soldiers.
"I give it until the end of 2006. If he doesn't pull out of Iraq, he'll be thrown out of office."
We're doing our part, by writing to our congress and reps, and making as much NOISE as possible. I hope to post a pic of my newest highway sign at my blog soon...
Is my feeling correct that a lot of soldiers are hard-line republicans that will basically take one from behind for their republican president?
Speaking as American, US soldiers fighting in Iraq are poor, pathetic, tragic dupes, breathing in the depleted uranium dust; they're no more republicans than anyone else. Some may be misguided "Christians" but only the "Judeo-Christian" sort as led by Falwell, Robertson, Franklin Graham, et al., entertained by such as Limbaugh, O'Reilly, et al., doing the will of Israel. (Ck Whtt.org.) I'm sure some might think they get promoted if they say something good about Bush.
Even a moron knows we're not being attacked by Iraq, so there's no business for any soldiers of real patriotism in Iraq. Don't forget soldiering is merely world's "second-oldest profession."
Some of the soldiers are fairly stupid for volunteering; some are victims who joined reserves, for example, now pressed into service.
Note simple things: Congress refused to declare war, so any soldier can well claim Bush II and "neo-cons" (Jews) are absolutely un-Constitutional--aside fm all the other indications (neo-cons and Jews indicted for treason and spying, etc.).
Imperialist aggression is conspiracy: note it must entail all sectors, the entire US Congress as well as the Presidency; they know what they want, all bribed and extorted by Judeo-"Sadduceans" who control mass Jews-media, public education, justice, the bureaucracy.
New Testament Conspiracy theory-analytic-template literature of sublimity provides most accurate theory-abstraction perfectly verified in perceptible reality for the scientist, sociologist, political, and economist.
Federal Reserve counterfeiting scam fuels this "perpetual warfare," presented on TV ("Talmud-vision") so heroically, etc.
So far, the elders and "Judeo-Christians" have gone along, and those are the folks Bush II and regime appeals to and cares about most. Rest of the people need to get together--but things aren't bad enough yet, evidently.
Thus history is determined, happens in (Spenglerian) cycles, and according to New Testament conspiracy theory. 9-11 was jolting drama wearing thin evermore. If u check history of Rome, u see only Saint Constantine the Great was able to defeat the Judeo-"Sadduceans" (and "bankers") of the time. Hitler failed, though he and Germans tried so bravely and heroically.
The Greeks and Homer warned us life is so tragic; we can only do our human best--and pray. Honest elections and death to the Fed. Thor
