Media pussyfoots around WAR-Gate
Here we are, smack in the middle of the greatest political scandal in the history of our nation, surrounding evidence of the highest order that the president conspired to, and succeeded in dragging our nation into war under false pretenses, and our mainstream media - the guardians of our liberty and the beacons of our freedom - are meandering around the issue and characterizing it as at best a sideshow and at worst "leakgate."
This is neither a sideshow, nor can it be compared with a few phony plumbers fishing for leaks by political opponents. This is literally an act that led our nation into WAR, an act on the order of treason.
Thousands of our bravest men have died, tens of thousands are scarred for life, and over one hundred thousand innocent Iraqis have perished.
For what do we protect free speech if not to save our nation from a despotic leader?
Take the media and Congress to task. Flood their inboxes and hound their phones. Bush must be exposed for the liar that he is, his legacy emblazoned with a burning letter L.
May God have mercy on him, for he need expect none from an outraged people.

Great post, but I have a suggestion. Let's work together to actually create a template letter to send to media organizations and Congressmen across the country.
This story is critical. It is treason of the highest order.
I agree with you guys in spirit, but I think it'll take a lot more for the American people to rise up. We have been too complacent for too long. I know Americans will have their day, but the circumstances have to be right. They'd probably rise up after Martial Law is declared in this country or when the economy starts visibly tanking (fall 2006 into 2007 is my guestimate). I wish we could rise earlier, but it's bound to occur.

They release this info knowing that it would "not harm national security." Does not essentially "outing" the identities of each and every overseas CIA contact that Valerie Plame ever met while working covertly involve "national security?" It simply shows that no human being outside of the Boosh circle is worthy of being given any respect as a person. We are rapidly approaching "it depends on what the meaning of is, is." Never mind, we are there.

It's worth a try to, try to get the media to improve. The problem is they are part of the same corporate terrorist controlled crime ring as the Bu$h administration. Yet it is still worth a try.
