These powerful images brought tears to my eyes and as I watched on, I realized my tears were also for the American people and for the nation. Eventually, America will pay an unimaginable high price for the sake of Israel.

This is a great clip. Naturally it doesn't show the hundreds (thousands?) of years of issues, but it does show the more recent history which appears to be the majority of what we're still feeling and dealing with today. Especially in the age of advanced and nuclear weapons. Just finished watching the entire film and it brought a tear to my eye. The bottom line is these power-mad people don't care about ANYONE. Anonymous (the one above who advocated we stop whining) made many good points, I would hope everyone who has long opposed Israeli occupation of Palestine would have already boycotted Israeli goods or companies who do business with or invest in Israel, and those people who now realise the barbarity of their armed and political forces because of their treatment of Lebanon should quickly follow suit. Marches and protests and letters to politicians and companies may not always work either, but the more pressure that can be applied from the broadest demographic the better, so it should be encouraged too. And his 'organize and use any non-violent means' is also a good point, as is his advising people not to be afraid of the slur of anti-Semitism which can be hurled purely on the basis of even mild criticism of the political and armed forces of the Israeli state - in contrast to the non-existent 'you're anti-American' jibes you'd be met with in the world if you vociferously condemned American foreign policy - it shows in that respect how strong the pro-Israeli lobby is world wide compared to the pro-American and how the legacy of the Holocaust has affected all of us to this day, Jewish or not. I think the story of Cain and Abel was to teach the primitive peoples of how class-based revolution leaves the country open to attacks from mauraders. I wonder if the story of Joseph was an adopted folklore intended to address the early Talmudic idiots because in the beginning, he's a egomaniac who believes everyone, even his family, was created to serve him. What tickles me pink about many of the comments here is that most of you talk about making someone or something or some country "pay for what they did".
When are you all going to grow up and realise we are in the 21st Century now, and not the fifth. It's time to stand up to corrupt leaders, and tell them we want an end to the blood shed.
It's time to study our past, tell ourselves "okay so some bad things were done by people, but we will prevail and we will put these terrible things behind us". Not to mention the fact that many of the "bad people" are already dead.

Life is short, so get over the wrongs that others have done, by telling them you forgive them. Show them that you are bigger, better and stronger than they could ever be, by saying no to bloodshed, violence, killing and war. Be the strong one, and don't descend to the levels of lesser beings. Keep faith that human kind will find a way to survive and that people will eventually learn to be kind to one another. But all of that will happen with you - when you set the example and encourage others to follow.
