The "new" video (direct link to divX avi version extracted and uploaded to my local indymedia, for Dirk - 1.5Mb) is old footage that has been color-enhanced and reduced by compression algorithm (using an antiquated and redundant 256 color pallete for video)-- and it tells us nothing new.
The no-planes-at-WTC hypothesis was first presented to me by the same Gerard Holmgren who was responsible for this letter to Jared Israel:

IMHO,
Each broken column and shredded window on the damage profiles of the towers while they were still standing show damage consistent with a plane.
If the planes were holograms, what kind of explosive expertise and direction is needed to produce the exact damage. Any ideas?
If it was holograms, then maybe the towers are still standing, and we have a blue-sky hologram to make us believe that they have fallen. After all, we have not passed our hands through the thin air ourselves.
Again, IMHO, the hologram stuff discredits the rest of the Truth 9/11 movement.
I, too, find the no-planes-theory hard to believe.
The most important thing to emphasize is the miraculous way those three colossal buildings came down.
