Trumpet ushering in the Apocalypse
A few days ago in WEIRD Science: priming for the Apocalypse I posted a few articles on the science of the end-times and how it might bring about the last battle a lot of unbalanced people apparently long for.
In a recent article, Jerusalem Is About to Be Cut in Half, at trumpet.com, editor Gerald Flurry gets positively excited about the prospect of Final War. He writes:
You need to watch Jerusalem as never before. We are going to see half of that city fall very soon. It could happen this year—2006!If you were thinking some of the stuff I post is a bit "over the top," all I can say is: Well, some of the people out there in the world are. I just report on their doings.
Zechariah 14 contains an end-time prophecy about half of Jerusalem falling to the enemy. When half of Jerusalem falls, it starts a chain reaction of events—an avalanche of crises—that leads directly to Jesus Christ’s Second Coming!
If we don’t have our focus on that Second Coming, we will be shaken by the many severe catastrophes. That means we will become victims—not protected by God. However, God promises to protect those who remain faithful and are found doing His work. Shortly after that, these loyal servants will be made rulers over the universe (Matthew 24:44-47). That is more than just a fringe benefit!
Did you know that much of the world is even now discussing how the Jews must give up East Jerusalem to the Palestinians? The United Nations, America, Europe, the Palestinians and even the Middle East Jews themselves are discussing how they must surrender East Jerusalem!
What does that mean? It means that the prophecy in Zechariah is now in the early stages of being fulfilled, even though the world doesn’t know it!
And Zechariah 14 is only the first stage of Jerusalem’s total destruction.
As Jerusalem falls, America and Britain will collapse at the same time (Hosea 5:5)—unless they repent. (This is thoroughly explained in our free booklet on Hosea.) In these modern times, the Jews are called Israel. But they are only one of 13 biblical nations of Israel today. Three of them will fall together in the Great Tribulation: America, Britain and the Middle East Jews (biblical Judah—Jew is a just a shortened version of Judah). Jerusalem was the ancient capital of all Israel. So much of the time when Jerusalem is mentioned in prophecy it represents the three nations just discussed. This city is a type of the nations of Israel today—but primarily those three powerful nations in this end time.
Jerusalem is like the thermometer in those three nations today. God will punish these nations in the Great Tribulation. Then comes the Day of the Lord and Christ’s Second Coming. Events are now unfolding in Jerusalem that lead step by step to the return of Christ.
So watch Jerusalem!

Well yeah JC, correct me if I'm wrong, but u're just retailing stock "Judeo-Christian" (JC) "dispensationalism" junk and totally false "theology" gotten fm someone in 19th cent. named "Darby" (who allegedly got it fm some girl with "visions"). This "rapture" crap is then actually publicized and "done up" by such as Hal Lindsay et al. fm the 70's, Lindsay still around, and next Tim LaHaye of late, all of these creatures agents of Israel, funded, subsidized, hyped, and sensationalized. Indeed, this putrid Zionistic theology stems in large part fm the Oxford U. press publication of the "Scofield Bible" which Rothschild Zionists were propagating fm the late 19th century, Scofield himself the very epitome of the crooked and totally corrupt "minister-pastor." Ck Canfield's "Scofield And His Incredible Book." Grace Halsell is another author with excellent expose'.
It's all (this false theology) exposed quite well and conclusively on Whtt.org as the putrid "theology" and special pleading it really is.
In accord w. New Testament Conspiracy theory-analytic-template, we see this JC crap and heresy is much taken up by the elders and the mammon-worshippers and -addicts among the goon/goyim population willing to enforce things for the oligarchs-imperialists, getting that depleted uranium dust through their lungs and into the bloodstream. Do we live in amazing times?
So we just gotta keep blogging and striving to inform the people, preaching the true (antisemitic) gospel, working to drive wedges into the conspiracy, still going so strong. They (the Judeo-"Sadducean" conspirators) still need a "terror-event," and they still need to shut down the internet. We patriots do have some factors working for us. But "TomTom," consider the New Testament (NT) as simply literature, no different fm Illiad and Oddysey: it can teach and show us stuff, like about the CONSPIRACY (theory-analytic-template) against Christ and truth. What is really scary is that these folks aren't a minority of the evangelical right- many of them- falwell, Robertson etc. and thus their millions of followers, subscribe to this crap.
What is amazing is that the evangelical right's new love affair with Israel is quite conditional- they certainly don't see judaism as any sort of valid religion as it doesn't accept 'Christ As Lord', but they see jews and Israel as central to the coming of the Rapture.

The author of Revelation, whether John the Apostle or John of Patmos, really doesn't matter. It's the hidden text that matters.
It was most likely written during the Roman persecutions of Christians during Nero's reign. It was written in a cryptic manner so that the enemies of the early Church would translate it literally and miss the real intent of the message. It was purposely meant to be of an esoteric nature.
You see, to speak out directly against the Emperor was considered sedition. Christians had to clothe their hidden message to the small Christian communities in metaphoric language otherwise they would be put to death.
St. Paul and St. Peter were believed to have been executed by Nero in Rome. They were the leading voices of the small Christian communities. Who ever wrote this tract, had to have been a Hebrew, most likely of the Essenes school who knew of the numerical value of the Hebrew alphabet. This is were the number 666 derives from.
According to Thomas Cahill, the author of, Desire Of The Everlasting Hills. "...the writer implies clearly that this is a 'man' known to everyone whose name 'adds up' to 666. It was Caesar.

The Protestant Reformation allowed the average man to interpret these things without the guidance and authority of the Catholic Church. But many Catholics don't have a understanding of their faith either.
Many Bible "bangers" usually throw the book at you and tell you "you're a sinner" forgetting that the word Gospel means the "good news" man, not the bad news.
The main part of the Book Of Revelation is a metaphor for God's eventual confrontation with mans political State power as an offense to Him, His creatures and creation.
For critics of religion, I ask, how can Christ's only commandment be offensive when he asks us, "that you love one another as I have loved you?"

I agree that religion, in its unadulterated and uncorrupted form, is a blessing for mankind.
Religion is like human intimacy (crudely referred to as sex) which in its pure form has the power to bring forth mutual love, cooperation, and procreation. But, if abused and corrupted it has the power to bring down civilizations.
People must learn not to throw out the innocent baby with the dirty bathwater.

But if the question is what then to do, I submit we must continue to prosecute reason and the aesthetics (art) of New Testament, including esp. NT Conspiracy theory-analytic-template. Thus we keep the elders and "Sadduceans" under a most careful view and surveillance. Let me explain further:
First I consider religion to be simply that which is practiced and hence expressed. Note reason is religion too, as one attempts to reconcile it with human habitual modes. (Reason by habit is religion.) "Faith" is a nearly totally meaningless buzzword meaning anything to anyone. "Religion" is more objective as it is practiced, so people organize themselves according to the various practices and life-styles.
Isn't it simpler to take New Testament (NT) as literature first, so we could then just apply rational-type analysis?--why not? And NT gives absolutely meaningful CONSPIRACY THEORY-ANALYTIC-TEMPLATE.
"Tiger eye" gives more abstract--vague--"poetic"-type kind of rendition, with some interesting details. It's the significance of those details I'm more interested in.

(2) US Forces in Iraq are now heavily into "insurgency control" acting as a police force apprehending people and bringing them in for "questioning"--THIS IS JUST TRAINING FOR NEAR-FUTURE OPERATIONS HERE IN US, this while Islamic terrorists are mentally conditioned by Jews-media inciting them with pictures of prison torture and satires of the Prophet Muhammed.
SO WHAT TO DO?
I submit we have no choice but to keep blogging, concentrating on what NT conspiracy theory shows us for Judeo-"Sadducean" enemy's weak point: IT'S HOLD OVER THE ELDERS (mainly psychologic) and other assorted "Judeo-Christians."
Hence then the thing I'd emphasize most is not getting distracted-diverted exclusively to antisemitism, though that is necessary. We should keep a steady eye on the "Sadducean" traitors just as much as Jews, by all means.
We should continue to point out how the elders are not being served merely by lording it over the youth, for example, getting payments and preferrments by law--this, as the large nation is being steadily destroyed (as by illegal immigration, for another example). For how does the nation's submergence within a United Nations empire help things?--do elders really want that?--is it really good for elders?
Thus we continue to work according to a plan, NT conspiracy theory--BECAUSE IT WORKS, MAKES SENSE, RESPONDS TO AND COOPERATES BEST WITH THE CORRECT INFO, info we get and give out fm blogging, for example.
Hence we keep "religion" within reason as we understand it is actually art, AESTHETICS, perfectly subject to rational analysis. Then there's just historical cycle theory and Hegel's dialectic. Practical (political) goal is to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank countefeiting scam.
CONCLUSION: But u have to be honest too: we can't be too loose for HERESY. We gotta get over the stupid lies we're fed over the Jews-media. Racism is good (virtuous), and Christianity is necessarily antisemitic. Hatred is mere emotion which we must simply regulate with reason. Hatred of Jews is reasonable. It's funny you should mention people being controlled by fairy tales and then mention that these actions are the result of too much heroin. Heroin in its pure form has two side effects and that is nausea and constipation and that's it. That is one fairy tale we all grew up with and proves without doubt that we are lied to from birth.

I was under the impression that part of the deal when Israel was created was that Jerusalem was an international city and not any part of Israel(i could be wrong). Anyway, if that's the case then making out that giving up East Jerusalem is a concession to the Palestinians is just more BullS**t propaganda.
hey digital, it's true that heroin's side effects are nausea and constipation, but its main effects are enough to kill you (severe respiratory depression) if you overdose on it which is possible if, to begin with, you're using it for the initial euphoric high and make the mistake of thinking more heroin, more high.
Another nasty "side effect," if you will, is that because it decreases your ability to perceive pain, it makes it possible to harm yourself without realizing it.
Similarly, because opiate receptors adapt to the drug, increasingly larger doses are required to elicit the same results with repeated use.
Are the effects of alcohol and tobacco worse or just as bad on the human body as any "controlled drug" in the long run? Sure. But, heroin cannot be considered just another pain reliever with mild symptoms.
I submit that making life itself more tolerable for people, and encouraging families and communities to be more cohesive is the best way to discourage people from using any form of stimulant or depressant, whether or not it's "legitimate."
thor, I agree that principally, religion is a philosophy and a way of life. If it's not practiced, it's useless.
I disagree, however, with your perspective on faith; it is not "nearly a meaningless catchword." Faith in a common Creator, mutual cause, and some kind of accountability is quite necessary to motivate people to do what is good for themselves and eachother, as opposed to doing things that are mutually as well as self destructive.

Haven't drunk a drop--of any kind, beer, etc.--since Mar '92, 14 yrs now--and I don't miss it either. I've become blogging-addict, aside fm essayist/columnist. Blogging actually fuels my topic inspiration for essay subject-matter. People come up with great ideas which inspire me. Keep up ur good work as I've gotten several essay topic ideas fm this blog.
Note u also are scheduled to produce ur argument against "interest-charging." Remember we already concede the absurdity of debt-money like present Fed notes, each note bearing interest insuring debt is mathematically impossible to repay.
