got WMD=get Noticed, No WMD=get Bombed

Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, [announced] the two countries agreed on the implementation of a civilian nuclear collaboration.

Bush terming the agreement "historical," said they signed the landmark agreement today about nuclear energy; a necessary agreement to support their people.

Even if India does not sign the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty, the agreement foresees Washington sharing nuclear technology information and providing nuclear fuel to the country.
The message couldn't be clearer.

A majority of my friends here in Chicago are Indians. They're good people. I have no worry about India collectively suiciding itself on another nation, because unlike some governments (wink), India values life more than it values death.

Are you really so uninformed? Or do you just pretend?

What's "wink"? Do you suffer from uncontrolled twitches? If you want to convey a message, articulate it clearly.

Jason and "Miss R" are in love; they both enjoy *wink wink*-ing. It's the frustrated playwright's manner of expression as they have difficulty thinking logically and simply. Such great artists can't handle mere thinking so straight-forwardly--there's gotta be drama and emotion. If possible I'm sure they'd (Jason and "Miss R") add music if they could.

I'm old-style essayist; I prefer simple premises leading to conclusion. Thor
