Curious as to what was cut out of the liberty smashing HR 1913, what is being called the "Hate Crimes Act?"
A little portion that helped keep Freedom of Speech protections in place.... Wonder why that was removed before passage?
Reading the list of sponsors makes one think you've entered a Bar Mitzvah.
Another curious part of this piece of crap is the number, 1913. 1913 is the year that the ADL and the Federal Reserve were created. We're getting this rubbed right into our faces and don't even realize what is going on.
Here's what was cut out of this act before it was voted on, the bold portion. Sure are concerned about Free Speech, aren't they?
Text of H.R.1913 as Reported in House Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009
SEC. 8. RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.
Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to prohibit any expressive conduct protected from legal prohibition by, or any activities protected by the free speech or free exercise clauses of, the First Amendment to the Constitution.
These modern day Bolsheviks are doing Lenin proud!
Look for this act to be used to go after bloggers who don't goose-step to the ADL's tune or write puff pieces about how great a country that Apartheid nightmare Israel is.
They won't go after you directly, that's not their style. They'll go after your ISP and threaten them with loss of access to the 'Net unless they drop your blog.

there is still the US Constitution and the court system.
But, to the average American these are virtually inaccessible.
Most trial judges don't know the Constitution from a piece of toilet paper and only the rich can afford to appeal a dumbass trial judge's unconstitutional order.

What part of the first five words of the first amendment does Congress seen to not understand..... CONGRESS SHALL PASS NO LAW...... Sounds like traitors are in Congress to me.

QRS, I wish I could share your optimism about the US court system, but who can afford to fight the good fight all the way to the Supreme Court, which is what it would take to toss this Freedom of Speech shredder?
All the while, you'd be harrassed, threatend and stalked by ADL thugs.

1913 was the beginning of the end of America as the "land of the free and the home of the brave"; what we have now are dullards waving flags, muttering "Mah Amurika, raht er wrong!", while our freedoms are eroded step by step with legislation such as HR 1913.

Well, considering the fact that the US constitution does not apply in an admiralty de facto court, what does the Constitution have to do with it?
It is time that Admiralty law was repealed and common law became the accepted standard, then the Constitution could apply in a court de jour.
People are so mislead by the deceit of lawyers and politicians and the media that they believe that they are free and that they have the rights of a free, flesh and blood human. When in reality they are tricked into accepting a legal fiction that they are a person with rights and responsibilities under statute. That means they only have the "privileges" that the Government can grant and revoke at will under Admiralty law.
When you accept being a person, then you are accepting that the constitution does not apply to you.
For america, death will come as a friend. The Jews have not yet begun to fight. Bloggers are dinosaurs. All media will be 'mainstream'. Madison Avenue will guarantee this outcome. Shalom.
