blogger puts Israel to shame on Dkos

Wow - a round of applause for naufargus for putting Israel to shame at Dailykos with a detailed compilation of their atrocities over the last 6 months.
A brief history of Israel by naufragus

This was originally meant as a response to a another diary. It ended up being too long and would have really messed up the formatting and screwed that diary up. I decided to post it on its own because I believe it contains information that people should be aware of. This is to give some perspective on one of the players in the current conflict -- Israel. This is just a smattering of highlights of news stories that don't seem to get much play here in the US. Its just 6 months in the life of Israel. I think it is important to remember that after Israel killed a family on a beach in Gaza their first reaction was to deny it. Then they tried to pin it on Hamas. After the shrapnel evidence revealed that they were indeed behind it, they reluctantly admitted guilt. I believe that fits the pattern of how they operate and speaks to their character. The current Gaza situtation was not started by a soldier being captured. They are not a country that, in my opinion, represents our values but rather one we generally oppose.
I had the list posted, but it screwed up the blog. Please, visit the diary and copy the links. The work must not be lost.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Nah, they'll let "this one" through, just to "prove" and maintian their "reputation" that they are truly a progressive, bi-partisan, neutral (LOL), unbiased (LOL again), impartial (LOL good one) group of boys.

Then they'll just point to this one whenever they 'neutrality' is called into question.

Just like you see on Fox, CNBC, etc, they say some bad stuff about Bushie, bash a little "repubs" and "demies" here and there --- and shout their slogan "The most trusted name in news, blah blah blah" (TM), and go about their PROPAGANDA.

I find it very hypocritical how they "claim" other "regimes" (axis of evil, Dr. Evil, or whatever they're calling it at the minute) are "hiding the truth" (TM) from their people, and spreading "evil" and propraganda ---- when it is the Ashkenazis who are always doing it.

LOL, the sorry, sick little fools

LOL indeed!

World War 3 will be over, half the world's cities turned to glass, and KOS will still be fretting about LIEberman while waiting for Merry Fitzmas.

Cool. I've been banned by FireDogLake, which has no stated forum rules or guidelines that I could find: I'll take that as a badge of honor. Silence is complicity.

Whatever happened to "I may not agree with what you say, but I'll defend your right to say it?"

Here's the offending post, censored 5 times, without comment. Feel free to repost it there and elsewhere as you see fit. It should be post 176 at:
should "moderators" allow a little insight into the crisis.

What you can't say at FireDogLake:

I think it's an incredible disservice to history to be censoring people for speaking out on this crisis. It's akin to burning copies of White Rose leaflets to stamp out dissent, leaving little evidence that individual citizens advocated fervently against such wars. Isn't such behavior what we criticize the neocons for?

That said, here is some very detailed, balanced news not approved by mainstream media, and the hidden debate on the crisis:

What I am watching in Lebanon each day is an outrage by Robert Fisk in Lebanon.
