Qana 1996 - EXTREMELY GRAPHIC

As they collect the bodies of babies, dismembered and decapitated, they shout in Arabic "See - this is American civilization!"

Ten years later, it has happened all over again and is happening now.

Americans are deluded if they think that they will be spared this treatment by those who find it easy to do this to other human beings.

If the fact that they're human didn't save them, the fact that we're American won't save us.

Sooner or later, by one excuse or another, we will be next.

I can't qrs. I just can't bring myself to look at it right now. There's been too much. '96 or '06. I've seen Sabra and Shatilla, I've seen Beirut, I've seen Gaza and Qana and there's no way to turn it off. I just can't 'look' at it. That doesn't mean I'm not moved or it doesn't tear me apart but it's because it does.

peace

ksdrover, I too have taken a much needed break from scouring online articles and viewing pictures from the affected areas of the war the last couple of days, although I continue to read every post here.

I cannot even imagine how we Americans would fare in the same situation. The Palestinians and the Lebanese are the bravest, most courageous people I have ever witnessed. And even though they are surrounded by death and destruction they continue their lives with dignity. We should all admire them.

one day we shall. For every seed we have sown shall produce a fruit that America will be unwilling to eat but they will have no chioce. It's their judgement.

The cost to the many are judged by the deeds of a few. So sad.

Think the LA riots on a National scale. I pray the war will never come to these shores but we reap what we sow. I will happen here because that's the plan.

Israel and the zionists are taking action against Qana and other southern villages and town because they cant reach the legitamite Hezbolla's fighters in 96 and 06. They are killing innocent people as a sign of entropy and disorder.

May every General in the Isreal army and the armies of most Arab countries rot in hell.

"Pick one or two pictures. Put it on poster board. The get a white T-shirt and write your message. Israelies are murders or Why I hate Israel. Where it to the shopping center and on the streets".

Good idea, and you are correct. Because of the democrap intimidate you into line with the suppossed opposotion party idiots (espeically those at kos) a lot of people are intimated into not taking a stand in public. People in the real world are much more receptive than the Democrap idiots. In fact, I went riding around on my bicycle today with a sign saying "screw the pigs" and people were very polite and friendly and most appeared to like the sign.

It is truly a shame for both sides that this had to happen.

It is even a bigger shame that hizbullah made a provocation on a border that was relatively peaceful for the last six years.

Had hizbullah not crossed into israel to kidnap their soldiers then this horrible incident in qana would have never happened.

This was intentional by Israel. It has here in America caused a great wave of sympathy for the Arabs and opened many eyes. Please dont blame Americans, though. Our government was taken from us by the Bush administration and nearly all of us just want to see peace in what we call the Holy Land, which Lebanon is a part of. Like many people, even those people left in Israel who are not filled with hate and murder and want peace, governments do their own will. I am so sorry, this is all so crazy and so tragic. I wish I could leave my home and job and come to Lebanon just to do what I can, I work in public health and know a lot, maybe I will come someday. Lebanese are beautiful, handsome nice people. This is such a shame, such a damned shame.
