I don't know whether to laugh or to cry

Jon Stewart skillfully rips Israel's conduct to shreds, and that I appreciate. But, nothing can make me laugh while so many innocent people are being slaughtered WITH OUR BOMBS.

Nevertheless, Stewart's skit is another indication that Israel is sinking fast. Israel will never recover from this. They might as well close shop.

I wonder how Jon Stewart really feels about that. I couldn't smile while discussing that subject.

I also found it in very poor taste. Nevertheless, it's an indication of how absurd Israel's excuses are perceived in mainstream America.

Indeed, it is nasty sign of things to come. Now that no one is fooled by their lies, Israel's only remaining option is unbridled naked aggression.

I like it, you need your art to make jokes about everything, nothing is off limits, no matter how grotesque, through humour he can reach more people than raw hectoring.

I just have to hope that sarcasm/cynicism will EVENTUALLY cataylize a true change and challenge to the apathetic direction of the world.

though, should i expect such a call
to come from the corporate edifice itself...

the world is a strange place.

Love this site.
