UN post in Israel hit by ISRAELI SHELL!
A UN observation post was hit as intense fighting between Israel and Hezbollah continued Friday.Another report of the same incident...No one was injured when the UN post near Zarit, just inside the Israeli border, took a direct hit. The Israeli army said that the facility was struck during the continuing hail of rockets fired by Hezbollah into Israel. ***However, a UN officer said it was hit by an Israeli artillery shell.***
In other developments, a United Nations observation post near the the border was hit on Friday, and with conflicting reports about where the attack originated.Once again, this proves that ISRAELIS CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
The Israeli army said rockets fired by the militant group Hezbollah fell short of their targets and landed on the observation post, which is located on the Israeli side of the border near the town of Zarit.
However, an official at the UN post, who spoke to the Associated Press on condition of anonymity, said ***an Israeli artillery shell hit the building.*** Ghanaian troops stationed at the post were not injured.
